Im not new to lifting or diet/nutrition. But I have I been trying to get back into the gym after an extended break and looking for a well made easy to follow program to follow. I can say from my own experience this is a smart well rounded program that I have been loving! Don’t hesitate to try it for yourself.

After each workout I can feel myself making progress. At first it feels like some of the exercises are pretty simple but after a few days you realize that it is effective. Yes I would recommend. 

I have been mostly doing the “bro split” for at least 9 years. I wanted to push myself and try something new. So far the new split is awesome. I’m building more strength than I ever have. It is definitely taking some adjusting to but overall it is very enjoyable. Looking forward to more results.

This is a great program so far. I’m really enjoying the higher volume. Great layout, where every body part seems to be hit thoroughly. There are also some exercises I never tried before that now I’ll use forever. Definitely satisfied and would buy again

It’s been great to follow for progressive overload but also the workouts are quick so u can use every bit of energy instead of being drained halfway through so yes I would recommend
